I am an experienced trainer of industry certification courses, and at the university level. He has authored and delivered numerous technology education programs, white papers, and marketing materiel. His writings routinely appear in industry journals and in public media.
The industry training courses that I teach cover most of the design and operations areas of the data center including general design practices, power, cooling, critical operations, and energy efficiency. I also teach the Data Center Energy Practitioner certification courses, from the US Department of Energy.
I’ve also developed custom courses for specific areas of focus within the data center context, for business clients. At the University, I am an adjunct instructor for Information Systems Security courses, within the Computer Science department.
I write regularly, either on requested topics or on topics that I find interesting and feel are important to the community. I’ve produced white papers for businesses, journal articles for technical publications, technical educational material, and blog posts. Increasingly, I’m making videos to explain technical subjects or for delivery of specific training to those in the data center industry, including Sales personnel.
